Back in 2005, Alicia entered the world of ERP as a support specialist for Microsoft Dynamics GP. She spent several years learning ERP inside and out sharing her expertise across technical support, sales, and implementations. Fast forward to 2013 when she was welcomed into the Rockton family.

As a Technical Sales Team Lead, Alicia is always running at about 110 miles an hour and wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s on calls, traveling, presenting at user group conferences, doing demos, writing content, leading webinars and just about everything else it takes to help Rockton and our clients succeed. Whether she’s in a board room presenting to the CIO or one-on-one answering a support question, she has a gift for teaching and making technical jargon easy to understand and relatable to her audience.

When she’s not working, she is hanging out with her family, traveling for fun or playing with her French Bulldog, Waffles.

He is also a co-host of Enterprise Software Podcast, which discusses the mid-market application space and those who make it work. Previously, Bob spent several years in the Dynamics GP partner channel where he sold, designed, and deployed Dynamics GP solutions in a variety of industries. He helped GPUG get established in 2007 as a partner advocate before formally joining Dynamic Communities in 2012. He resides with his family in the Tampa Bay area after having ‘migrated’ south from western New York many years ago.

His career spans nearly 30 years in various technical and managerial positions within industries as diverse as military service (U.S. Navy nuclear trained submarine officer), engineering/construction, and municipal government (City of Redmond).
